Bottled in Dec 2011 after six months in French Oak, this Pinot Noir is a welcome addition to the Tynan wines collection. Picked from Mt.Majura (Canberra) vineyard in early April, it's showing classic sour cherry flavour, along with strawberries, nice tannins and acid to balance. At 13.5% alcohol, it's great with duck or a Neil Perry Spice Kingdom dish.
